Beautiful, new, quiet apartment with a parking space in front of the accommodation. Facing south, you will have a lovely terrace and a private garden with mountain views. You will enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. You will be 45 minutes from the nearest ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5 minutes away.

Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.
