Stunning sea view in the heart of the city

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator elevator!). It is bathed in sun or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfortable mode. Right in the center of Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, cinemas are 10 minutes away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so we park quite easily!

Sophie was a very pleasant and warm host, who does not hesitate to make you feel at ease. The accommodation was impeccable and consistent with the photos, with all comforts, well located close to everything, lots of shops and restaurants. The tram line is at the bottom of the building so it allows great independence.

Great warm and committed place, we stayed in a very cozy and clean bedroom of the house while having access to the outdoor space - the campsite, lawns to read in the sun, various spaces with table and chairs for drinks, a shed to buy vegetables from the vegetable garden or crepes made by the asso, the farm and its animals... in short, it feels like a small village thanks to the hard work of Nadine, René and their asso. Thank you for your experience, we'll be happy to come back!

An excellent property. The accommodation is beautiful with a great view, close to the sea. Quiet. We stayed 6 nights. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. As for our hosts, they were lovely. We felt pampered. They are a caring and warm couple who we feel care about our well-being. Breakfasts are XL and delicious😋, Breton taglietelles a discovery. Thank you both for this excellent welcome and this wonderful week.

For our first homestay experience, it was a success! The room dedicated to us was superb, clean, and very welcoming. We slept really well by the way! We came for a triathlon internship for a weekend, warm welcome, very accommodating and attentive to the needs of athletes. The property has all the essentials for a group of 15 people. The possibility of having access to the kitchens is advantageous and very pleasant especially for preparing large quantities. From a sporting point of view, the proximity to the GR34 and the well paved roads offer real playgrounds for sporting! The site is quiet, there is no passage and it feels good. I recommend it verbally!
