The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Our little but cosy and sweet family apartment at the heart of the Ecrins in Puy-Saint-Vincent - surrounded by mountains and next to the ski area. In terms of equipment, everything is there: relaxation room with jacuzzi and sauna, small garden with deck chairs, suspended terrace, ski room, bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and office space on the mezzanine. Chalet Soleniou *** for your vacation in St Véran

Our newly renovated chalet is located in a 100% natural setting, 800 m from the authentic village of Saint Véran at an altitude of 2000 m. You will rub shoulders with marmots in summer and enjoy the many possibilities for winter sports (downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.). And you will recharge your batteries in a warm and comfortable place. During school holidays, weekly rental, from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 9 a.m.

No smoking in the apartment and no pets are allowed in this accommodation. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras massif and the Parc des Écrins... and above all without neighbors. It has a garage with heated access and a heated ski/boot locker. It is a 4-minute walk from the slopes and the center of the resort. The residence is equipped with a jacuzzi and a sauna.

In summer, its privileged location offers you the possibility of beautiful hikes from the house. In winter, the Nordic ski slopes and snowshoe trails pass at the foot of the hamlet. The ski resorts are about ten minutes away by car. You will be seduced by this little piece of heaven, that's for sure!

The lake, mountain, and pool view will delight the most discerning. Garage on the ground floor for 2 cars.
