Its terrace and 3 sliding panels allow you to modulate the space as you wish. You'll especially love the outdoor shower when you come back from the beach. In the neighborhood, you can walk to restaurants, shops or the Ermitage market. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Nestled in a quiet garden sheltered by large trees, the 40m2 outbuilding is very new and decorated with objects and antique furniture from Réunion. Our tenants are often people who come to work remotely, take a career break, or a replacement/internship at the Cambaie Hospital (CHOR).

You will be on the terrace at 350 meters altitude facing the sunset over the Indian Ocean.
