Our Wood House is a rustic, well-maintained, furnished and equipped chalet: it is a cozy studio of about 25 m² with private access (+ a new parking space), with garden and terrace overlooking the sea (and the whales during the mating season from mid-July to mid-September), all about 8 minutes by car from the 4-lane road (access to La Possession) and less than 15 minutes from the Port at any time. (Note: a 2nd larger chalet is available by searching "Guest House de Chou&Dou")

Le piton St Leu is located in the heights of St Leu, 6 km from the lagoon. Ideal for sightseeing. Piton is a 15 mm walk from our home, where you'll find Creole cuisine, takeaway food, supermarkets, etc. The house is made of wood, well insulated, airy, quiet, situated on a country road, surrounded by birds of the field, coconut trees and houses. The view of the sea and the sunset are breathtaking from the terrace as you sip a local p "ti rhum. What a delight!

Supermarket, bakery and other shops within a 2-minute walk. 2 minutes from Boucan Canot by car, beach, restaurant, from July to September the whale show visible from the house or the beach.... (exceptional years 2017 and 2018).

Close to the property's private swimming pool.
