Our 3rd Airbnb stay in St. Kitts, and this was the best one we’ve experienced. We had an amazing 8 days at this condo. While the property is older, you cannot beat the location, the pool, walk-ability, ocean beach, etc. we had a slight issue in the beginning with one of the AC units not working well, and they had AC vendor out there installing a new unit on a Sunday; amazing customer service!!! The place ia very large, and could have easily slept more people. Beds are very comfortable, and had all the items we needed for the week. Would definitely consider this place on our next trip to St. Kitts.

Arlene met and exceeded our expectations as a 'superhost'. She made timely communications and suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Everything was in pristine condition and our rental was in a safe and peaceful community with picturesque views of gorgeous sunsets and the golf course. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were always comfortable and relaxed in our surroundings. Definitely worth the money and we hope to stay with Arlene again!

I had a lovely stay. The space was clean and very quiet, which was great because I was visiting for work. The Wifi was very reliable so I could work and Carmen and Clive were really helpful. I suspect I will be back again for work and will definitely stay here again if it is available.

An amazing host and with amazing accommodations. We never went short of anything. Heidi is amazing, everything you could ever wish for in a host. Her place is clean, quiet and homey. The kitchen is fully decked out with a large fridge freezer that supplies filtered water and ice at all times. It was seriously like being at home. The pool and surrounding area is so serene, with lots of chairs to relax in. We all shared dinner a couple of evenings along with some wine and the atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend Heidis AirB&B if looking for privacy and peacefulness for your vacation to St. Kitts.

What a fantastic property, with views you dream of. Chris was so helpful, providing a huge amount of information on the island, including bar, restaurant and beach recommendations. This was invaluable for first time visitors. Location is perfect for exploring the island. We will definitely return, we had such a wonderful time.

Coordination of host and onsite property manager was seamless. Beautiful place in great location. Loved the pool for peaceful swims. Property was very spacious and well kept and could see beautiful sunrises. Mostly appreciated the graciousness of the onsite property manager who gave us the local flavor and demonstrated true hospitality. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. We stayed three weeks and loved our stay at Ariel Heights! The property was a short drive to wonderful restaurants and beach bars and the most beautiful beaches! The views from the property were absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the refreshing pool during the day and it was especially beautiful overlooking the lights of Basseterre and the starry skies at night.

This is THE BEST Airbnb stay we've ever had, hands down. The property is absolutely stunning and so peaceful, with spectacular views, and Akilah is the kindest host I've had the pleasure to interact with. The property was a bit more expensive than we typically spend but it was worth every penny. I constantly felt like I had to pinch myself, the views and pool were so idyllic. This will be the place I recommend for any friends looking to travel to St Kitts.

Our stay at RJ’s place was excellent! I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The place is spotless, has a well stocked kitchen, a comfy bed and a very friendly and responsive host. The pool is lovely and the surrounding grounds are well kept. Lots of things within walking distance and the condo is very private. One of our best experiences using Airbnb so far. Our week in St. Kitts was just what we needed and we can’t wait to go back!

This spot could not have been more perfect for me. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The property is so quiet and peaceful. I never heard another person or a car. Yet you have a handful of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Very cool area. The little market was so well appointed. Every little thing I needed i actually found there. Plus you can literally walk to Frigate Bay if you want. Although I would definitely get a vehicle. There was ample parking and the island is huge. You want to see everything ! Loved my 2 weeks there. Thanks!

This was the second time we stayed at Deon’s place and we were not disappointed. It has a feeling of being right ‘at home’. Couldn’t ask for a better place if we tried. If available we would stay there again on our next visit. We would highly, highly recommend to family and friends or anyone else looking for high end accommodation in St. Kitts.

WOW, what a great place and a great island to visit! If you are visiting St. Kitts, this is the Airbnb for you! While it is not on the water, you are only about a 10-15 min drive to some great views, great beaches, and great food! The property is beautiful, quiet, and safe. Cornella & her mother were wonderful and checked in on me throughout the trip, provided local recs, and overall just great people! The cottage was perfect - enough space, full kitchen, washer & dryer, a good working AC, etc. It was the perfect amount of space for one person (two might be a bit tight, but you can make it work for sure!). Overall, 10/10, will 100% stay here again when I am back in St. Kitts! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Cornella!

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved my time here! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect - I walked everywhere and for places that were too far to walk, the taxi stand was only about 5-7 minutes down the street. Timothy Hill to the left, the Marriott and restaurants/shops to the right, and the Strip is just across the street. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed (the extra sun hats were especially helpful!). Great shower, the bed was so cozy, and the patio was beautiful as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

Keathly & Lilleth are fabulous hosts!! We had a couple of issues (one minor, one a bit more involved) and they were responsive, friendly and helpful! We adore staying in their impressive condo! They have been wonderful to us; even allowing us to add a few little things to help us feel even more at home. If they had other spaces in other places, we would opt to rent through them again! Absolutely nothing but 5-stars (or more!!) all the way for them!! We are grateful that they have such a lovely space they make available - and as long as we’re able, we certainly hope to always be able to rent through them!!

This property is extremely quiet and in a great location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There are three bedrooms, all in separate areas of the house, and each has a full bath en suite. It is close to restaurants and the best beaches on the island. The only negative would be that some of the cabinets, appliances, etc. are a bit worn, but this is understandable for a rental property. We had a fantastic week staying at Stephen's place and would definitely do it again!

My husband and I loved our stay at Cool Heights. Mimi was very responsive to all of our questions in advance of the trip. She gave us helpful suggestions and feedback on restaurants and activities we were considering. (Thanks again, Mimi!) The home is spacious and lovely! The kitchen was well appointed (though we ate out every lunch and dinner). We quickly came to appreciate the convenient location. It is super close to the Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants. It is also very convenient to restaurants in Basseterre and all the nice beaches and restaurants down the peninsula. We rented a car and were happy to have the freedom to go where/when we wanted. Parking was easy throughout the island. On our first morning, while enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck outside, I was treated to a parade of monkeys that walked along the top of the fence at the property's edge. What a sight! Most nights, we could hear monkey sounds from the side yard too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cool Heights!

The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. It is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood on the outskirts of Basseterre. There is a good grocery store within a short walk. Kjellin was very friendly and helpful in responding to any questions. Overall, very good value.

My stay at this cottage was close to perfect. Shauntel and Larry were both very responsive and helpful whenever I needed them yet still they were not over bearing or intrusive. Self checking was very smooth as instructions given were very easy to follow. I had a slight difficultly opening the locked box at first but it was really easy once I figured it out. The cottage looked exactly as photoed. Clean, peaceful, private. One tip for future visitors, if you do need ice stop at the gas station or corner shop close by before coming. That's legit the ONLY thing missing. Overall, I had a super relaxed time. I was able to enjoy my birthday exactly the way I wanted to: Peaceful.

Beautiful hideaway in the mountains. We really enjoyed the view over the valley! The appartement is spacious, well equipped and clean. If you have a car it makes traveling easier around the island. But we also used the public transport from there which was easy but a bit slower. Clyde and his wife were super friendly, flexible and really helpful! We highly recommend this place!

Thank you for hosting us! We had a great stay and enjoyed the multiple balconies, pools, and everything was as described and worked in the spacious apartment. The walk to the beach and nearest food is 5 to 10 minutes and felt safe.

Absolutely beautiful place, exactly as described, looked just like the photos (actually more beautiful in person) hahaha. 4 bedrooms, with great space. wifi worked perfectly, all appliances worked perfectly. We received a warm welcome, got some goodies as soon as we entered. We loved that supermarkets, pharmacy, the airport, car rental and fine dining restaurant were just minutes away (walking distance) and to top things off we had the pleasure of seeing monkeys in the backyard on several occasions. How can we forget Ricky, he was so kind and friendly to us. He made sure that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you Ricky. I would recommend this place anyday! definately staying here on our next visit.
