Quiet little corner! Beautiful apartment with garden of 3000 m2, tennis court and gym. Ideal for exploring the area. 5 minutes from the Château d 'Anet and 20 minutes from the Royal Chapel of Dreux. Giverny, Versailles, Pacy sur Eure within 50 minutes. Various sports activities: Golf, Canoeing Base on the Eure, Water sports (water skiing...), nearby GR and plenty of other activities and visits. Possibility to borrow bikes for a walk in the forest of Anet. All amenities within 1 km.
