Hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

Cat's house is true to the photos in every way and even more. The house is clean and well-equipped. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed for our comfort. It's a real haven of peace. Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

A big thank you to Puce for this short stay at Villa Carlota. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday break: location 3 minutes from the lake and the beach, easy to find parking space, extremely well-equipped (I have rarely seen an Airbnb so well-equipped), clean and nicely decorated, cool despite the heat, separate bedroom, large outdoor courtyard allowing you to eat outside thanks to a superb parasol... in short, nothing to complain about, it was perfect!
