The house is designed in relation to the ecology of the place. There is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a second bed is possible with the sofa bed if you prefer to sleep in front of the stove or if there are four of you. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and ecological dry toilet.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and features a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a Jacuzzi area, and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-style-inspired interior decor brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!
