Happy Valley

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

!! Pool open from 5/15 to 9/30, reservations required!! Welcome to our cottage in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Ideally located in a quiet residential park. Access 50 meters from a large common pool, open from 5/15 to 9/30 (heated) & mini-golf, table tennis, pétanque, children's games. The cottage is very comfortable: Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, veranda, terrace, 2 separate bedrooms, a dining room and a bathroom, with separate toilet. See you soon

The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

In the surrounding area, you will discover the landing beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, Granville, the Chausey Islands, Cancale, Saint-Malo, Avranches, Pointe du Grouin, and other places.

My beach hut

In Saint-Léonard-Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with views of Mont-Saint-Michel and the cliffs of Champeaux Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

Typical Normandy gîte in the forest

Old house in authentic stone, on the edge of the forest,for hiking ,mountain biking. Peaceful and quiet cottage, for 6 people with large fireplace in the dining room (wood available) , which can also be used as a barbecue. For any reservation of 3 days or more , bed linen and towels are included and the beds are made. Box equidistant (less than an hour drive) from Mont Saint Michel and the landing beaches. Pets are allowed except cats.

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!

Château des Boulais Cottage

HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL In the heart of a flowery park, the fully renovated Château des Boulais gîte accommodates up to 6 people. This comfortable home opens onto a terrace with heated private pool (April 5 – October 1), and enjoys picturesque views of the surrounding hills and countryside. Mont Saint Michel is 40 km away, the beaches next to Granville are a 35-minute drive away.
