Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Local attractions also include the castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte, picturesque villages (Barbizon, Moret, Samois, Bourron...), the medieval city of Provins, forest hiking trails and climbing sites (a crash pad is at your disposal), activities on the Seine and the Loing. Thomery train station, a 20-minute walk away, allows you to reach Paris in 45 minutes.

The villa has fiber optics and a parking space. The villa is an independent part of a large house. Not suitable for PRM.

Located in the heart of Maincy, a village with the labels "Village de caractère" and "Petite cité de caractère", this charming rural accommodation "Les myosotis" is the perfect stop for your stay. This small 45 m² stone outbuilding adjoining the owners' main house is located on a quiet, one-way street. Street parking is free. The accommodation has been carefully furnished. Renovated in 2024 with the support of CAMVS, this little house will delight you!

In the heart of a natural setting, bordered by a stream where the reflections of the sun dance through the leaves of the trees. Birdsong, goats and sheep, dwarfs, free on the grounds. The trailer itself is a peaceful oasis. Shared heated pool in summer (May to October depending on the weather). Les Longuives

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

The Alley Workshop: between the Seine and the forest
