Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She told us about the surroundings very quickly, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her hospitality and all her small touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt right at home and our exchanges were very friendly. Accommodation perfectly matches the listing, ideal accommodation for families/groups. Large living room with pool table! We chose to take a detour before Mont St Michel. I highly recommend it.

Accommodation matches the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet area. The bakery is a stone's throw away from the property, the supermarket 10 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes away on foot! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. A big thank you to Chrystele for her smile. I would highly recommend it! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Very nice house. Large spaces inside and outside. Located in a beautiful area near the sea: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo… The host, Daniele, is very responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer. This is proof that we are very satisfied!

Well located accommodation, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Nadine is responsive and check in/check out was easy and efficient. Too bad sheets, towels and cleaning are not included, that would be perfect:)

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

We had a great weekend with friends at Brigitte's. The house is large, pleasant, and close to the coastal trail and the center of Cancale, so no complaints. We recommend it unreservedly.

We stayed as 6 (2 couples and 2 individuals) with our dogs for 3 days in Nicolas' house to spend a birthday weekend with the family. Impeccable stay from A to Z. A few steps from the beach, the house is beautiful, with a beautiful garden (well fenced, perfect for children and dogs) and a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped as if you were going home - super comfortable bedding, kitchen equipped with everything you need to have fun in the kitchen. The big plus: some rooms have a sink, as in the past. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, it meant there was never a queue to wash or go to the toilet. Nicolas and the on-site concierge service are friendly, very friendly and gave us some nice tips for restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful terrace and its barbecue. Maybe next time☺️... Thank you Nicolas.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Ideal place to gather with family and enjoy visiting Mont Saint Michel and Cancal. The house is spacious and well thought out to enjoy the place peacefully. Birds, hares and rooster crowing on the terrace accompanied us to breakfast on the terrace. And a big thank you to Sophie for allowing us to travel with our four-legged friends.

Stay in a splendid place with sea views Flawless bedrooms and bathrooms The only small downside is the size of the dining table too small for 12 people: we had to use the oval garden table (so not practical to extend a rectangular table and suddenly it becomes very difficult to move around in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice living room with fireplace. Ping pong table in the garage is very useful. We had a great stay.
