Our stay went very well. Benoit is a very friendly and available host. The environment is peaceful, that's what we were looking for. Each bedroom has a bathroom nearby which is very convenient because there were 8 of us. Not all rooms have shutters, so bring eye masks if you are bothered by light. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is everything you need to prepare good family dishes. We recommend it without hesitation!

Peaceful and very exotic site, particularly pleasant house in the middle of nature, the forest and wild animals are within sight from the bathtub of the bathroom and the bedroom thanks to the large windows. The view of the pond from the living room or terrace is very soothing. Come, you won't be disappointed!

We had a lovely week at Laetitia's beautiful home. It offers the best of both worlds, right in the middle of a lovely village with everything you need but being the gates you have a huge stunning garden with stream and church bells ringing. Spotlessly clean, excellent swimming pool, great games and bikes to keep the children entertained and lovely hosts. We needed a pharmacy whilst there and the local one is 2 mins drive away next to the supermarket. They were exceptionally helpful and kind and made a huge effort to speak English. Felt very well rested on our return home, thank you!

Very pleasant accommodation in a very beautiful environment, very peaceful and with many opportunities for walks, bike rides and even kayaking. Aleksa and her husband are very welcoming, helpful and available hosts, which further enhanced the quality of the stay. I would highly recommend it!

In a word: excellent! If we come in the neighborhood again, we'd love to come back. The cottage is very practical and modernly furnished, equipped with all kinds of practical things, even the coffee and tea with some goodies were not missing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a location to stay short or longer. Also a very friendly contact with the owners. Great! 👍

A perfect New Year's weekend by the fireplace. A very large place whether it's the house or the outdoor space. A barn with several games were available for our pleasure but also that of our children. We had a pleasant stay. The place, on the banks of the Loire, is rejuvenating. The loft allows you to make the most of it thanks to its location and bay windows. It has all comforts. For the kitchen, there are plenty of utensils and dishes. We are delighted with our stay located near Bonneval and Chateudun where it is good to walk and visit. Josette

We had a great time at this accommodation. Very peaceful, calm and surrounded by beautiful vistas. It's a really tranquil environment with stunning views to chill out with family and/or friends. The hosts were very flexible as we arrived much earlier than planned - thank you! The gite is exactly as it is described and we would recommend this location and accommodation very highly. We would definitely want to come again.....

We stayed in Karine's house on Easter weekend and felt "at home "...everything was perfect. The area is very quiet and shops are close by. Karine is a very friendly, welcoming host with nice touches upon arrival (drinks, small cakes...) The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped (according to the photos and description) Decorated with great taste. Great place. I would would definitely recommend.

We had three lovely days at Belforêt en perche at the end of our holiday. We were greeted on arrival and talked through all of the basics for the property then left to it but we always felt we could get in touch if we needed to. Jean-Paul was a great communicator and we’d have no hesitation in staying here again.
