Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. The private balcony of the bedroom overlooks the park of a beautiful mansion which ensures it's quiet and unobstructed view. The room is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the innovative area. A bus stop is 50 meters from the house and serves this entire part of Meylan in minutes.
