Un appartement spacieux, très lumineux, très bien situé, avec de nombreuses baies vitrées, qui offrent une vue superbe. Néanmoins, une cage d’escalier qui laisse clairement à désirer très sales et le fait qu’il faille fermer la porte d’arrivée à clé car l’interphone automatique ne fonctionne pas=> comment cela se passe-t-il en cas de feu ?

Ce logement au cœur de Perros-Guirec était parfait. Très proches des commodités il permet de facilement se rendre à pied tant au port qu’au centre-ville. La décoration a été choisie avec goût et permet de se sentir à l’aise dans un environnement chaleureux. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé. L’hôte est très réactif ce qui facilite grandement le séjour. À notre arrivée, un magnifique classeur avec toutes les bonnes adresses nous attendait. Finalement nous gardons un magnifique souvenir de ce séjour ! Merci Raphaël !

La maison est parfaite pour six, tous le confort en équipement, le temps nous a permis un barbecue le midi. Renaud est très disponible et a été très accueillant lors de notre arrivée et départ.
