We had a great stay at Marianne’s place . The location is just perfect. You are steps away from restaurants and shops and a beautiful market that pops up in the mornings.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. Within walking distance of all services. Florence is very welcoming and considerate Be careful because the apartment is in a very lively and noisy area (bars and nightclub next door), fortunately Florence provides earplugs for a good night's sleep.

Recent apartment close to the casino in a residence with elevator, terrace, good bedding and very quiet.

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Gorgeous home base for a fun and relaxing family vacation; teens/young adults can venture out on their own AND have privacy in their own rooms. Fabulously stocked kitchen including soap, some cooking staples. Markets Tu/Th/Sat are right outside the door offering fresh produce, incredible prepared foods, cheeses. Too many nearby patisseries to count!!! Impeccablely maintained, lots of linens, towels. And it was great to have a washer/dryer. Beautiful operable windows, amazing afternoon sunlight drenched the living room. Would definitely rent again. Loved every minute.

Perfect location for visiting the area including a beautiful view of a lavender field. Ideal and impeccable accommodation in terms of cleanliness. Franck and his wife are very friendly and attentive hosts. It felt like home. We recommend this place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay an Annie’s place. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, and she said she’s working on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

What a fabulous place to stay! Quiet, but walkable to all of Aix centre. We walked to dinner every night and came back to a peaceful house with a private backyard and pool. Having parking was a huge benefit and management team of Emma and Silvio was so helpful. Emma was very responsive. We fit 8 people comfortably with 3 couples and 2 singles.

We were hosted very well. The information provided before our arrival is clear and reassuring. The environment is conducive to rest and the accommodation is fully consistent with the description and photos. We loved the calm, the space, the pool and the welcome reserved by our hosts who showed availability and attention.

We were guests for the second time and enjoyed it to the fullest again. Magali is a wonderful host and very helpful and always kind. The place is very nice and also perfect for families. There are great amenities for children. Seesaw, swing, Mikado, soccer balls, games and more. Unfortunately, we had two days of rainy weather, but we were able to make ourselves wonderfully comfortable in front of the fireplace or in the Jacuzzi. The children also had plenty of room to play under the huge covered terrace. We can recommend the place 100%. There are great hikes and Provencal villages to admire in the surrounding area.

Great stay with friends, the house is better than in the photos. Very nice place to spend a weekend or a quiet holiday in an environment full of greenery. Do it again without hesitation.

We stayed one night at Andy's place, and it was really nice! A little studio so cute, very well thought out with everything you need. The place is really beautiful and relaxing! Plus, communication with Andy has always been fluid: he's very responsive! Thanks for the welcome:)

We enjoyed our time and Nicolas was very attentive to any issues as they arose. We spent a month in this place and it served us well. It is outside of Aix but only a short drive to some spectacular scenery. Nicolas's recommendations were spot on. Château La Coste, hiking around Mount Sainte Victoire, local villages and visits to Cassis, all easy from here. A very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

Pleasant accommodation, clean, quiet and comfortable. Special mention for the owners who are very responsive, kind, and who made my arrival and stay great. Obviously, the car is essential to get around. I'll be back for sure!!

A great apartment, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Etienne was helpful, gave us a lot of information at checkin and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful forest walk a couple of minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment!

Small studio in a quiet tourist residence, a little off the beaten track from Aix-en-Provence. Very nicely decorated and comfortable although not very bright. The small front terrace is part of the large upstairs terrace so not super private but at the end of the floor so quiet despite everything. Everything you need in the studio and even some condiments to make food and toiletries. Everything was clean and tidy.

A great stay, the apartment was in a fantastic location (great bakery just outside too). Would highly recommend!

We had a great weekend in a quiet and peaceful environment! Lots of walks to do in the area and access to Aix in 10 minutes! Thanks to Eliette and her son, who were welcoming and very friendly hosts! I recommend this address!

Well-appointed apartment, bright, double exposure, high and well placed close to the city center - responsive and welcoming host

We came on the weekend of January 10-12, 2025 to participate in seminars in the area. A nice apartment, well located and with all the amenities we needed. We were received by the hostess's dad who waited for us despite our late check-in time. He gave us a full tour of the apartment and was really very kind. A very nice welcome. Thank you very much for the attention paid and the welcome drink. The apartment was great, everything you needed was there for a pleasant stay (small equipment, bath service, etc.).
