Its large east-west crossing living room with balcony, its additional lounge area and its private sauna will seduce you. The slopes and shops of St Martin (3 Valleys domain) are accessible in 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes by free shuttle (stop 300m from the house, 5 buses per day) or 15 minutes on foot. However, we recommend that you have at least one car for your group.

My accommodation is in the Preyerand neighborhood and appreciated for its calm It is close to La Croisette (center of the resort) where the ESF (ski lessons) meet, the Piou Piou daycare for children, sports center (swimming pool, relaxation area, badminton...), cinema, shopping mall, public transport. You'll love my place because of the comfort, the view, the sunshine, the location on the slopes. My place is good for families (with kids)

When you leave the residence, you can put on your skis directly at the bottom of the slope. Nearby you will find a food store and something to eat. You can access the Croisette shopping mall on foot (5 minutes) or by cable car open until 11 p.m.
