Beautiful stay with breathtaking views. You will stay in the lower part of the cottage (the upper part is reserved for the owner), so the accommodation may seem a little dark. The cottage is well-equipped, and very quiet. The mountain views are splendid. Thank you for this trip!

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

Valerie's place was a lovely getaway. It was pretty much as described. The views in the mountains are very pretty. Overall it's a nice stay. It would be nice if the hot tub had a curtain to pull or some more privacy, as the windows of Valerie's house directly overlook the hot tub. It just doesn't feel like you're alone in privacy as much as the listing makes it sound. It's still nice and the views are great, just would suggest to add a privacy curtain in between the trees there. Overall, I'd still recommend staying at the place for a getaway though.

if you want to decompress, you're in the right place. Very cute apartment super well decorated, from hosts to the little care. Very clean and amenities at the top fondue machine,coffee maker, microwave, oven and so on. A very nice view surrounded by mountains. I highly recommend it.

We lived in this temporary accommodation for a month and a half while waiting to find a permanent home. The setting is idyllic and met our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A relaxing, restful place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. I would recommend it 100%. Central ground floor apartment with garden. Perfect place to stay to visit Talloires. Close to beach, cafes, restaurants and bakery. Also easy from bus stop. Loved our stay here. Evelyne was really helpful and had baby crib ready for us. Would recommend and will come back again.

We had a great weekend at the mocha chalet. The location is ideal for a stroll, the lake view is splendid. There is everything you need in the cottage to stay there on a rainy day as we had but also everything to enjoy the outdoors with a little coffee in the sun in the morning. We will surely come back to recharge without going too far from the house. I recommend it!

Our stay at this beautiful home was an unforgettable experience! The house itself is stunning and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The highlight is definitely the incredible view! But also the location is perfect, so close to Annecy and with lots to do in the beautiful surroundings. Flore was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely weekend at Marc's with a couple of friends and their 3-year-old child. The accommodation is well arranged, well equipped, including all essentials (soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, sheets, towels, etc.). The fireplace with wood supply was very nice for cool evenings! Very welcoming and accommodating host! We recommend Marc and his place!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Cottage in a peaceful environment 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit tarts. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.
