The apartment is at 5 minutes walk to the metro Saint-Mandé, on line 1 of the metro. This line is speedy and conveniently takes you straight to a lot of the main sites. Travel times: Bastille and the Marais : 10 minutes The Louvre and Palais Royal: 15 minutes Champs Elysées: 20 minutes The Eiffel Tower: 40 minutes Montmartre/ Sacré Coeur : 45 minutes Charles de Gaulle Airport: 60-90 minutes Orly Airport: 60-90 minutes There are also 2 Velib stations on the street and 2 buses running all day and night to Saint-Mandé. If you have a car, note that street parking is available, but same as with the rest of Paris, you will have to pay for it, and it might take a little while before you find a spot. When renting the apartment, guests will have the whole place to themselves. It is located on the ground floor. The apartment itself is bright and airy with a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). The place fits 2 comfortably ! It is fully furnished with all the modern cons such as big tv, blu-ray player, wi-fi internet... The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven and vitro-ceramic stove. All bed linen is provided as well as towels and a hairdryer. The neighbourhood is mostly residential, so it's safe and quiet with food shops, markets, delis just a few minutes away. The biggest park of Paris (bois de Vincennes) is just a 10 minutes walk.
