Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Unwind in our private studio, CouleurSoleil (1), a fully single-story property in the municipality of Saint-Lyphard (4.6 km from the town center), close to the Guérande Peninsula, with a garden, for 2 people. This accommodation is entirely reserved for you (room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden, terrace and parking...) In the heart of the Brière Ideal Regional Park to recharge and disconnect a break for nature lovers a few km from the beaches between Loire Atlantique and Morbihan.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

The Puppet Cottage: Bergamot

Part of adjoining Brieronne Cottage. Ideal exposure to enjoy the outdoors, with enclosed garden. On the ground floor, living room and toilet with shower (it's not the bathroom but 1 more, for children/return beach). Loft in the salt marshes

In a pretty, traditional salt workers' village, close to the salt marshes. At the end of a private cul-de-sac is a fully renovated, traditional old "salorge" (a type of traditional French farmhouse), now converted into a charming 60 m² loft. This is where you’ll stay, as a couple or on your own, and with your four-legged friend if they’re well behaved! 🦮 To park, there's no need to look for a space: the one in front of your loft is reserved for you.

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.

My place is close to the beach, the forest, the train station, the village of Escoublac with its shops. You'll love my place because of the kitchen and the comfort. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. The house is not accessible to PRM.
