Very clean and very spacious apartment in a very peaceful area, in the heart of the upper town and very close to the more commercial area. The apartment is also very bright. The little more convenient: fresh bread deposit right next door at the tobacconist, very nice and pleasant neighborhood atmosphere. The nearby sea.

Michel was incredibly helpful with our check in, very responsive, and friendly. His apartment is clean and very nice! We felt right at home.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

Apartment as described. The photos reflect the truth. Superb location. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the balcony as we would have liked because we always had wind. Exceptional experience. Warm welcome. A host and tour guide who is attentive, caring and knows how to make themselves available. If you are passionate about history like Florentin, the discussions and moments shared are even more enjoyable. The cottage is comfortable, clean and has all amenities. It is generally close to major historical sites by car. The environment is peaceful. I would highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to these places full of history with caring hosts. What a terrific find. We were delighted with the gite which provided everything we needed for a wonderful visit to Barneville. The highlight was being able to swim in the sea right from the back garden at high tide. Thank you Madame Paule for your very kind hospitality.

We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!!
