Very spacious and clean apartment. Close to shops and the city center. No noise despite the proximity to the road, easy parking.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, very nice apartment with its large terrace! The instructions for accessing the accommodation were clear, you can park easily in the street which is convenient. Welcoming Airbnb! I stayed two nights with my husband for a wedding, it was an ideal pied-à-terre for a weekend!

It went very well. The accommodation is as described, clean and comfortable, and the residence is very quiet. Perfect.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and I couldn't have asked for more! The accommodation is exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better), very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the entire space is bright and welcoming, the private garden is a PLUS. Special thanks to the host, always available, kind and attentive. Communication was quick and easy, and made us feel welcome from the start. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing and carefree stay. Would go back without hesitation!

Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) Communication went smoothly. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. I haven't found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space was available. Thank you so much for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the magnificent terrace :-)

we found a very nice apartment. We felt like at home. Fantastic views of the sea. Super comfortable beds. Very nice communication. Absolutely recommended.

All as described. Warm welcome. Easy handling. A perfect location for our activities. All attractions in the surrounding area can be reached at short notice. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing. Yes, the stairs are small and narrow. But the rest outweighs everything positive. If something is missing, a short inquiry and the wishes are already accepted. Everything is good. Thank you.

Our stay at Emeline’s place was fantastic the apartment is impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Emeline went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, from the spotless room to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. The location, the view, the communication from our host is second to none. The best host, super host. By all means. We wish we stayed at least one more night in this lovely town. We would recommend it to family and friends and would love to stay here again!

A perfect stay in a simply amazing place! The accommodation is clean, cozy and great to unwind, with a great jacuzzi to relax. A nice surprise upon arrival: the fridge was filled with drinks, a really appreciated touch. And what about breakfast in the morning? Hearty and delicious, a real plus to start the day. Hélène is a very nice host. His advice on nearby restaurants proved very helpful. The apartment is nice, in a good location and the jacuzzi was very appreciated, especially by our 8-year-old daughter. We highly recommend.
