Studio 20 m2 with mountain corner 4 people, Res le San Lagiron, at the foot of the slopes, private parking, ski locker on the landing, shared bike room. Amenities: clic-clac, bunk bed, 100cm TV, microwave, oven, nespresso, raclette machine, fondue, board games... Close to recreation center, many activities in the village summer/winter. Numerous hikes, mountain biking, horseback riding... Small family ski resort in the heart of the Champsaur, 15 min from Gap and Orcière/Merlette.

Family apartment in a mountain cottage

Chalet apartment in the beautiful setting of the family resort of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes. This resort village is located at an altitude of 1300 m in the Hautes-Alpes. It is therefore ideal in all seasons, in winter for skiing and in summer for the many hikes. Located 500 m from the slopes and the village with all the shops. Accommodation close to new, very clean, tastefully decorated. Facing southwest, it enjoys good sunshine all day long. No direct neighbors.

Pleasant mobile home cottage, quiet, at the foot of the slopes

the chalet is quietly located, in the heart of a ski area, renovated interior,wooded with a large terrace a private parking space awaits you next to the chalet as well as a garden of 160 m2 that surrounds you, a large new wooden ski locker. Swimming pool heated to 27* open from July 1st until August 31st. Pets allowed: 12 euros per stay. Children accepted from 3 years old No smoking inside... A damage deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival.

The kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction cooktop and an oven. A wooden dining table with four sleek chairs is positioned in the center. Natural light is provided by an overhead lamp and the open doorway leads to additional living space.

Located in the heart of the village resort of Ancelle, our cottage is set up on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). With a surface area of 40 m2, it is arranged for 4 people. It is attached to our dwelling house where we produce craft beers. For lovers of old stones and old larches.

Small cozy duplex in the mountains

This cozy little duplex is in a quiet residence and in a small ski resort village. 5 min walk to slopes and hiking trails. It's my cocoon during the week, so you'll find everything you need to cook and be comfortable. St leger is a charming village where there is a grocery store, restaurants and bakery. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The living room is nice with this small terrace. Deckchairs available. Breakfasts in the sun!

New accommodation, on the ground floor of a house including the owners' home, in the heart of a village resort in the Champsaur valley. 40 minutes of SPA offered for a reservation of at least 3 days between May 15 and October 15. The accommodation with independent entrance, has been carefully furnished to allow a comfortable stay. Electric floor heating. Ideally located close to many opportunities for outdoor activities.

Mountain Chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (self- and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 bed) on the garden level and another (140 bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without a microwave or dishwasher.
