We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to give you some tips and recommendations. The house is located 15 minutes from each resort that surrounds it, Ancelle, Laye, Chaillol, Orcières Merlette! 10 minutes from the large Champsaur lake with many activities for children and restaurants! And especially the magnificent Serre Ponçon dam 25 minutes away! Europe's biggest dam!

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, which can accommodate a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, perfect for relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resorts, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min, biking, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet village in the Champsaur Valley; Access is via an independent external staircase; For the winter season, it is close to ski resorts, you can go snowshoeing, and enjoy snowy landscapes, For the summer season, many hikes nearby, ideal for bike rides, a lake 5 km away...

This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.
