We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home! Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and ideally located. We immediately feel at home there. A huge thank you to our host, who was exceptional from start to finish. Very responsive, warm, attentive, she did everything to make our stay go smoothly. I would recommend this house without a second thought and hope to have the opportunity to return very soon!

We rented the house for a group of 10 and everything went perfectly. The accommodation was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. The host was extremely responsive, available throughout the stay, and very accommodating, including accepting a late checkout. We had a great time — I recommend it.

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

New, cute, clean and well arranged accommodation, quiet, independent, with preserved privacy. Pascal was friendly, considerate to arrange the room according to our needs (2 separate twin beds), good advice for visits nearby. A good choice for a pleasant stay between the city, countryside and islands of Charente-Maritime.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Pleasant accommodation with its veranda, the listing description is true to reality. Extremely well-equipped, for info, the 3rd bedroom is an office with a sofa bed. We recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful place to stay to enjoy all the beauty of this area. Lovely evening walks down the coast right from your door step. Easy drive to the lovely town of Brouage and the isle de oleron. Ced is so easy to talk to and gave us lots of helpful advice on what to see in the area. His English is excellent and we appreciated his efforts to chat with us.( our French is so poor) His place is very well equipped and very clean. Do not hesitate to book!

We had a short but very pleasant weekend! Evelyne was very responsive, and flexible, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation is well located, one street from the North beach, close enough to the center on foot (about 10 minutes), the neighborhood is very peaceful. Thanks again for hosting us!

Nice home with a lot of character.

The house is ideally located in Fouras, it is easy to park there. The city center is 15 minutes away by walking. The house is very nice, the garden too. It has charm and character. Very bright. We enjoyed the large square table in the dining room and the layout of the bedrooms: a sleeping area and a bedroom a little apart with a large bed of 160 + possibility of a baby bed. Very nice baby bed available + high chair if needed. Stephanie the concierge is very responsive and friendly. The owner too. We recommend.

Good location in Fouras, 10-minute walk to the city center. Well-equipped house for 9 people, very well-appointed kitchen and lots of utensils. Significant possibility to park 2 cars.

Very good stay, house very well located in a very quiet area, but with everything nearby. No complaints about the equipment and bedding either. Dominique and her husband are very friendly. Thank you very much to them for hosting us.

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, very functional, complete equipment. Large public parking right next to the apartment. I highly recommend it.

The stay at Julien's was perfect in every way. Special care has been taken in the decoration, which is clear and refined. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. A peaceful haven close to the center of Rochefort that allows you to enjoy the sweetness of life in the city. Julien was considerate and accommodating, the family stay was 5⭐️. We'll be there again
