Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Le belvédère - Independent gîte

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Welcome to the Pègues studio, between countryside and mountain. Come and recharge your batteries for a stay. You will be welcomed in a small warm chalet, fully equipped next to a renovated old farmhouse with views of the Vercors and the Royans. Just at the end of the pool, the Orangerie finds its place , facing south, with in front of it the garden cuddled by the light shade of the Tricentenary Olivier! With all the comforts of A/C and heating, a nice little bathroom, a kitchenette, a large friendly studio with a decor mezzanine. The brand new 160 wide sofa bed, from the Sofa House!! Great comfort!
