Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!

Corentin's accommodation is perfect for a family of 4 and is in a fantastic location: close to two different subway lines, supermarkets and boulangerie literally downstairs, several interesting restaurants nearby. We almost always moved on foot, 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower or Luxembourg Gardens. Corentin was very kind to notify us as soon as the accommodation was ready, before the scheduled check-in time. The apartment was also equipped with everything and perfectly matched the photos. The terrace is a gem! We had a great time.

The open living space features large windows that invite natural light and provide a view of the balcony adorned with potted plants. A dining table and chairs are present beside a kitchen area equipped with essential appliances, while a cozy seating area includes a chair and side table.

Antoine’s place was in a convenient and beautiful location. My family loved that we could see the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom terrace! He was very responsible and gave local restaurant recommendations. The only negative I would have to say was the fact that the description says there is A/C, but we only had a fan, so some nights were warm for sleeping. It was a beautiful touch that he provided some delicious wine from his family’s production!

The kitchen features modern cabinetry with a combination of dark wood and light finishes. Stylish geometric tiles line the floor, contributing to a contemporary look. Natural light floods the space through a large window, revealing an organized layout equipped with ample storage and essential appliances.

Karen’s place is very spacious and beautiful. The terrace is dreamy and comfy with all the plants. You feel at home at her place. She’s is very responsive and kind. The place is clean and has an amazing and neat kitchen.

A family-friendly play area features a soft seating arrangement with a large sofa and colorful children's tables and chairs. Various toys and games are organized in low bins, with a television mounted on the wall and greenery visible through large windows.
