What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

Un très bon week-end passé dans cette petite maisonnette, calme et très propre vraiment super agréable, merci À Nicolas et Anne Sophie qui ont étés très arrangeants et agréables! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Clara’s flat is a great place to stay while in Paris. Clara is also an incredible and welcoming host that provides great recommendations in the city in case you need options. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back.

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Paris. Beautiful decor, and location was terrific near a fabulous boulangerie, bistros, park and metro stop. Felt like a local and Theo was a super helpful host.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything we needed - a lift, quiet and secure, lots of clothes hanging space with hangers, washer/dryer/iron, large fridge/freezer, large shower with a seat. The location is excellent, walkable to great food stores and cafes, 2 Metro stations with 4 lines connecting to the whole of Paris.

Impeccable studio in a wonderfully quiet but certainly not boring neighborhood. Walkable distance to the best of Paris: Eiffel towel, Arch de Triomphe and champs Élysée. I will certainly come back.

I’m hesitant to write this review as I’d like to “gatekeep” this home and Angela for all my future visits to Paris. Angela and her husband were so warm and welcoming, they helped me get my bag up to the apartment, showed me around the neighborhood, recommended some great restaurants and shopping and even took the time to tell me how to get great deals at the local vintage shops. It felt like a really lovely place to come home to after full days of exploring the city. The apartment was very clean, the sheets were crisply ironed and the kitchen had anything one would need to enjoy a night in or a glass of champagne before a night out. Upon my departure they made sure to help me into my car and send me on my way with best wishes. 10/10

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rose. Son logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités, ce qui le rend particulièrement pratique pour assister à un événement au parc des expositions. L’appartement est confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Rose est une hôte attentionnée et réactive, qui a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

I stayed at this apartment for a month and had a wonderful time. It was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of a lot of the major sites in Paris, as well as many shops, bars and restaurants. Matthieu was very helpful and responsive throughout.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
