We had a very nice Christmas with the family at this place. Small surprise from the host who had set up a nice Christmas tree. The living room and dining area is large, we were all able to enjoy it without stepping on each other. Very comfortable bedding. Thanks to Andrea, we didn't have time to meet her, but the phone contact was great. 👌 ☺️

We had a great time in this spacious home. Romain was accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. A few small details were missing (shower gel and garbage bags), and it is important to note that towels are not provided - we were fortunately able to get them after we arrived. All in all a positive experience.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation perfectly matched the description and photos, there is plenty of space both in the house and in the garden (the children were able to play outside). The beds were very comfortable. In summary: a large, pleasant and clean house located in a small quiet village.

The house is spacious, the bedrooms are large and the bedding is good quality. There were 10 of us. The 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are a real plus. The pool was not yet in service, the weather was not yet ready. I recommend the house.

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

An exceptional place in all aspects. The entire property is carefully decorated and the garden is a haven of peace. The area set up for the jacuzzi was perfect: atmosphere, setting, light, small room with bathrobes and towels so you don't have to go through the whole house. Excellent! The reception room was an undeniable +, I couldn't have imagined a better place for this evening. A safe place to keep for other occasions :) Perfect communication with Elodie who is attentive to your expectations. A big thank you to you and congratulations on your work.

For a weekend with friends, we had a lovely time in this spacious, clean, secluded accommodation with a very pleasant environment. We were cold because the heater turns off at 9pm when there is no double glazing and the temperatures were negative outside. We were able to use the fireplace on two nights but the proposal was not proactive on the part of the host and had to stock up with wood in the village 10min drive away. The other downside is really the lack of flexibility in terms of schedules and the fact of having to pay extra for absolutely everything (€53.50 for a checkout at 12pm instead of 10am or otherwise half of a night beyond under the pretext of not being able to rent the accommodation afterwards, one Sunday evening in the middle of winter.....). Other than that the amenities were perfect and we felt very good in this house.

We have enjoyed this very beautiful place, all the necessary is present, nice pool and jacuzzi. Bakery right opposite. Private garden, quiet area. Glad Brigitte was easy to reach in the adjacent bike rental. Had a superbly beautiful vacation.

Easter weekend spent with friends, Caroline was present on arrival to explain the functioning of the house and its outbuildings. The house is perfect for hosting many people and also well equipped for young children or even very young, there is enough to have a good time playing games of billiards, foosball, table tennis as well as ball games (weather permitting) and relaxing moments in the jacuzzi. The garden is huge with everything you need to have a good time if the weather is nice. The advantage of this house is that Caroline lives right next door if there is an issue. In the future, if we return to the area, we'll be sure to return. I would highly recommend it

Perfect for one night! We were hosted by Cynthia very well. Communication and interactions before and during the stay were very fluid and interesting. The accommodation is perfect with a baby. The breakfast offered is very generous and there is a lot of choice. We can only recommend!

The space was spotless, true to the photos, with quality services. House is comfortable and very well maintained. The host was welcoming, discreet, responsive and really accommodating — a real plus! We started to discover the environment, and for sure, I will come back, again with my children who loved the accommodation as much as the warm welcome. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!
