We had a very nice Christmas with the family at this place. Small surprise from the host who had set up a nice Christmas tree. The living room and dining area is large, we were all able to enjoy it without stepping on each other. Very comfortable bedding. Thanks to Andrea, we didn't have time to meet her, but the phone contact was great. 👌 ☺️

Very pleasant stay with our friends. The children really enjoyed the large garden and the games offered. The house is spacious, clean, bright, ideally located in the village. We had a very good welcome from Catherine, attentive and very friendly. Thank you again!

We had a great time in this spacious home. Romain was accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. A few small details were missing (shower gel and garbage bags), and it is important to note that towels are not provided - we were fortunately able to get them after we arrived. All in all a positive experience.

The house and garden are very suitable for toddlers: it's simple, there are more toys at Céline's than at our house!

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

We have enjoyed this very beautiful place, all the necessary is present, nice pool and jacuzzi. Bakery right opposite. Private garden, quiet area. Glad Brigitte was easy to reach in the adjacent bike rental. Had a superbly beautiful vacation.

The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals easily. Also, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. In summary, we highly recommend this rental for a pleasant and worry-free stay. We will come back without hesitation!

The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the lake (5-minute walk). The house is functional and charming. All the necessary amenities are present to enjoy your stay. Host accommodating, available and friendly. A large heated pool not overlooked. An inner courtyard for parking. We'll be back with pleasure:)

La maisonette was a perfect place for our getaway. The house is very quaint and beautifully decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and felt right at home. The terrace and the swimming pool were perfect for this warm weather and enjoyed every minute of it. Cynthia is a great host and would definitely recommend staying at her place if you are looking for a peaceful home close to the city and the lake.

This house is a real gem: we had a heavenly stay there! In the countryside, without any noise, without any disturbance, without any contact with civilization, you can recharge your batteries as if you were there at the end of the world. It's the perfect place to disconnect, read, rest, relax. The pool is really huge, worthy of a Hollywood pool, heated to a very pleasant temperature. The house is very large, I would even say huge very spacious. Refurbished, the cleaning is impeccable. The area is exciting with the Champagne road next door, full of beauties to see, and not so far by car from Paris. Host Jean-Christophe is a love, who is one of the nicest men we can meet. To confess everything, this house has a flaw: when you're there, you don't want to leave it anymore ❤️

Excellent accommodation!! Very spacious for 10 people. Perfect amenities (swimming pool, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). Communication with the host was always great! We'll be happy to go back!

Had a very nice stay, and very welcome feeling. If we asked anything, it was answered right away. Our boys enjoyed themselves in the pool, and loved the house, and also wanted such a house to live in. The food in the pizzeria was also successful and very tasty. Men, thanks!
