Excellent location and the parking space is a real plus; in the center, 20 m from shops, multitudes of cafes and restaurants, the historic center, the duplex is completely quiet in a backyard. Large accommodation, very clean, excellent communication with Véronique who was able to adapt to our schedules; Véronique is very nice, she welcomed us on arrival to explain the details of the place; she is very attentive and adorable, even offers to help you with your luggage. Only +++ for this listing.

An entrance to the building is shown at twilight, featuring glass double doors that allow for a view into the interior space. Soft lighting enhances the surrounding greenery, and a low wall is adorned with small plants, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Very pleasant stay, ideally located apartment, very clean, tastefully decorated. Small touches upon arrival. Everything is designed to make you feel good and have a great stay. Highly responsive host. Troyes is a pretty picturesque town to visit.

Very well located 📍apartment in the heart of the "cork", historic district of Troyes. Close to shops, restaurants and sights. Very clean and very well decorated accommodation with bed and bath linen provided (extremely convenient for short stays). ⭐️ Warm welcome. We would definitely recommend it! 😊

We stayed for 1 night on our way to the South of France. Nice flat converted from a former garage in a village. Private parking right next to the apartment. Friendly owner. AC for heating and cooling available. Nice small private garden.

We spent a great family weekend, and enjoyed also the close proximity to Nigloland for Halloween 🎃 The place was perfect for what we wanted and our daughter loved the bunk-beds. The port is beautiful and great for morning runs along the water. Thanks for sharing your apartment with us :)

A fine and quiet location on the second floor. Neatly refurbished, clean, fresh and tidy. Good double beds. Plenty of space. A free private parking space. Four min. walk to the walking route of the city center. Sebastian is friendly and responsive. Recommended.

The arrival was very pleasant, Isabelle is a very friendly host. Definitely recommended to book a stay with this host. The stay itself was clean and quietly located, within walking distance of the city center. So perfect if you want to visit Troyes for a few days.

Bertrand's place was ideal for our short visit to Troyes. Clean and comfortable and a short walk to the old town. Parking was also a bonus. Bertrand was super helpful and responsive.

Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot
