In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

Decorated and maintained with care, I want you to feel relaxed and at home in this little cocoon. Its surface area is 43 m2 plus a balcony. Located less than a 10-minute drive from the town center of Montrichard where you will find all the essential shops as well as good restaurants. The residence also has a bike storage room.

Restaurants and shops 20 m walk. The ideal location, with the private parking space is directly in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the bathroom at night, please don't book.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
