The apartment is as described. It is quiet, clean and nice. Its backyard is very convenient for parking the car (narrow street in front!)

We had a wonderful stay and loved the apartment, especially the generous space, the excellent and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a good shower and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and we would love to stay again.

Small apartment on the ground floor very nice, very close to the beach Creperie, bakery and bar 100 m away! The hosts were very responsive, thank you so much for hosting us! A little important info though: the bedroom and living room are separated by a simple curtain.

We had a great time at Frédérick's place. Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, the kindness of our host. Everything was provided, even the "Toutou Bar". We'll be back without hesitating.

Clean and well arranged accommodation. Very well equipped and spacious. Location close to the center, you can do anything on foot. Small downside on sound insulation. We had a great weekend.

The apartment was spotless. The beach view was stunning and relaxing. The accommodation was quiet while being located close to the center. In short, we recommend Aurélien's place.

This is the second year we have stayed at François's, it is a real pleasure to come back, the accommodation is functional, very comfortable, good location in the district of St Servan where everything can be reached on foot, within the city walls and easily accessible on foot as well. Private parking space, a significant plus. François is a very welcoming host, he listens to his tenants and is responsive if needed. We sincerely hope to return next year.

We had a lovely stay at Celine and Philippe's. The accommodation is well located, there is even the possibility of walking to visit famous places in St Malo (Tour Solidor, Cité d 'Alet ...) The decor of the accommodation is great, the SPA/sauna are very appreciated! The communication with Celine and Philippe was very nice, they were responsive and available. We'll most likely spend a few days there again!

Well-arranged, well-equipped home. In the city center, nice shops, many restaurants. Close to Mont Saint Michel. The whole is very satisfactory.

Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.

Stéphane was a super welcoming and attentive host. He recommended activities to us for our stay. Breakfast and the meal tray (requested at the last moment) were excellent. The price paid for the accommodation as well as the services offered by Stéphane is very good, hard to find better elsewhere :)

Chantal's apartment is one of those places you don't forget. Not only are the location and sea views breathtaking, but the accommodation is also exceptional. Chantal has thought of everything to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Tastefully decorated, impeccably tidy and clean, warm… It feels like home! Special mention to the butter and homemade jams that allowed us to enjoy hotel-worthy breakfasts! Chantal is a responsive, warm host, if you have any concerns or questions, she will be sure to answer you within minutes. Go there without a second thought!

After a night , everything is perfect , maybe put a towel and shower gel and outdoor lighting but that's it otherwise perfect
