Villa vacation rentals in Saint John's

Beautiful and clean villa in a very quiet and safe area. Cheri was sweet & helpful, and personally greeted us on our first day. Because the area is so secluded, there aren’t that many food options nearby if you get hungry on a whim or like to snack a lot. We drove to other parts of the island on most days or ordered food on AllMart. (Tip: Get a rental car to get around or plan ahead to spend $$ on taxis!) Overall, we loved our stay and had the best time!!!

we had a very pleasant stay at the villa and the hosts are lovely. The house is in a quite location, with an amazing view on the harbour and it is just a few minutes away from the sea, restaurants and supermarkets. it had all the amenities needed and it was very clean and tidy. perfect for a family but also for those without kids. Simonetta was a great host, getting everything ready before our arrival and helping us with suggestions about places and restaurants during our staying. we will definitely come back again!

We have stayed in Jolly Harbour many times, but John’s villa was exceptional in every way. It’s located on a quiet cul de sac overlooking the canal and the Sleeping Indian mountain. The villa is thoughtfully and beautifully renovated, fully stocked with every necessity and gorgeous in design and function. Sitting on the deck, sipping wine and watching the boats go by - what could be more relaxing? We felt like we won the lottery having found John’s villa. Our communication with John and his fantastic caretaker Jenny was so easy and smooth. Both had a lot of good recommendations and made us feel so welcome throughout the whole trip. When we needed a Covid test on our way back to NY, Jenny recommended a wonderful doctor, who came to the villa and gave us the test. The whole process was easy and took 15 mins. I could not recommend this property highly enough! We are excited to book our return trip to John’s villa for next year. Thanks for everything!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful retreat. The location is beautiful but ca. 30 min from the next larger town so a rental car is a must in my opinion. Given the roads on the island and the steep driveway I would highly recommend an SUV. Furthermore, I would recommend downloading Antigua’s map before driving towards the house as the provided instructions can be a little bit confusing the first time. The house itself is exactly as described and has a beautiful, private look onto half moon bay. The amenities and appliances available in the kitchen exceeded our expectations so if you are planning on cooking a lot, this is the right place! The house owner, Bruce, is extremely kind and helpful with anything that we needed during our stay and was always available. My sister forgot her ring after we checked out and he contacted us and offered multiple ways to get it back to us. Cannot recommend enough!

Lisa's house is breathtaking! The house has all you need and more. We enjoyed snorkeling at the house beach, enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool, and utilized the BBQ. Lisa has great recommendations for restaurants and things to do while in Antigua. I would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent accommodation set on the hillside with stunning views over Dickenson Bay. Kevin our agent was extremely helpful managing the property, arranging cleaning mid stay, and sorting out any minor issues quickly. There’s a house phone for local calls, Wi-fi, tv, pool is clean and sunny, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Kevin very kindly dropped some important things we had forgotten to the airport after we had left. Thank you! A rental car is recommended for this location.

The Villa is located in a peaceful place.

We had an amazing stay at Katie's villa at the St. James Club! The location is incredible, right on the beach on the calm bay side of the resort, which is great for swimming and has lots of shady palapas available. Plus, the beach bar is just a short walk away. The villa is much larger than it looks in the photos, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. We loved the private back patio that was steps from the beach. We opted for three days of all-inclusive and three days cooking our own meals, which was perfect for us. There are small grocery stores within a 10-minute drive, but next time we might try the larger supermarket that's a 30+ min drive away. The St. James Club itself is a large, beautiful property on a point that's nice to walk around and is very baby and kid-friendly. Having a large, quiet and not-so-busy beach plus multiple pools to choose from was great for our 10-month-old. Staff were very friendly, but sometimes slow to respond to requests. We'll be coming back!

Fantastic location- huge space in the 2 bedroom villa.

We were a group of six adults and Hector’s House was perfect for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic feature. Larger kitchen & family room were very nice. There was plenty of space to come together and also find a quiet spot to relax. Golf carts were a must. The location is wonderful! Just not reasonably walkable to the restaurants, grocery store or beach. Amy & Iris were my point of contact for the house. Amy arraigned to have 2 golf carts waiting at the house for us. She also became my go to for any island questions or excursions. She is very quick to respond, even when I message her after hours with an excursion request. Our personal concierge. She is wonderful, polite and extremely patient. My only regret is I wasn’t able to thank her & Iris in person. Future travels without Amy and Leon, our taxi driver, just won’t be the same. They have set the bar high. I hope future guests have the same fabulous experience we did.

4 of us had the best possible stay at The Pink House,which surpassed our expectations.The house is very well equipped with everything you could possible need, lovely comfy beds,great showers,fab kitchen,bbq, sunloungers,pool,and lots of outdoor space.Nearby beach has 2 restaurants ,plus many more in the town,all within walking distance. We loved it so much we have already booked to return next year.

Admiralty House was the perfect getaway for family time together.The house was spacious and set in gorgeous surroundings.We could watch the waves roll in with beautiful sailboats on the horizon and spectacular sunsets.The beach nextdoor (5 minute easy walk) was great for beachcombing and photos.The house itself is beautiful, charming and well-kept.Our family of 12 (age ranging from 12 to 82) could all gather around the indoor/outdoor dining area for meals and laughs. The pool area was great to lounge around, while the pool itself was wonderful to cool off in.The option of air conditioning at night before falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was a big plus.The House was a great launching point for seeing the entire island - beautiful beaches nearby (Pigeon and Galleon Beach were fam favorites), and restaurants in Falmouth and English Harbour conveniently accessible by car.Nathan and Clare were superb hosts-very responsive and informative.Looking forward to returning one day!

The view at this villa is so incredible my friends and I were in awe every day. There is so much space and many areas to hangout. It is in a secluded area less than 10 minutes from English Harbour. The drive up the hill to the villa can be intimidating the first time but you’ll get the hang of it quickly. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

This was our second visit to this home - it was as magical as the first. The house and view are stunning, proximity to Jolly Beach and Jolly Harbor mean everything you need is nearby. Susan took care of everything we needed prior to arrival and we had an amazing several days. Drinking coffee each morning we'd get fly-bys of tarpon, barracuda, eagle rays, sting rays, and a zillion other things in the crystal clear water. Could watch that all day long. Note: the listing is pretty clear on this, but it is a pretty good hike up and down the path to get from the road to and from the house - make sure you're good with that. But if you're on the fence, just book and have as much fun as we did.

This house is delightful, great location, close to Jolly harbour, 10 minutes walk for the supermarket, car hire, bar’s & restaurants and Jolly beach. Hazel is delightful, she is the very responsive local host, she saw us in and out and responded immediately when we had questions. Lava is a great local driver who picked us up from the airport and took us when we needed him, or you can just walk down the drive and get on the local bus. The house is large and well fitted with all we needed. Lovely birds visiting the garden. A good sized pool to dip into. We enjoyed being at this independent location, as opposed to being in one of the lovely but large resort hotels around the island. Alistair responded quickly, before and during our trip. As he advised, it’s well worth getting a car to explore the island and it’s 365 beaches for at least part of your stay Antigua is lovely & very easy to do Thank you Alistair don’t bother going to Shirley Heights on Sunday, crowded with long Q’s

Wonderful location. The unit was very comfortable and gorgeous view of the marina. So nice having washer and dryer inside the unit. Great time, highly recommend!

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had a brilliant time here. We really felt it was a place to relax in. The space was beautiful, and the garden and the pool were so lovely. We felt spoilt. We slept really well in the comfy beds, played in the pool, met the locals (dogs, a cat, tortoise and hummingbirds). We didn't get bitten by mosquitoes at all. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus more. Joanne was helpful, thoughtful and really cared we had a good time. She helped us with car hire and a boat trip. It was perfectly situated to be a short drive from some fantastic beaches. There were a few places to eat that were a walk away too. Would definitely stay again. It was wonderful x

Excellent location, close to the beach, great restaurants nearby - highly recommend this spot for a stay in Antigua. Jolly Harbor was our favorite spot in Antigua and is a great home base for anyone's visit. Kevin was a great host, very responsive and helpful getting us checked-in.

this place was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to Jolly Harbour. great view from the back porches and very quiet neighborhood. AC worked great and Wi-Fi was fast. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is very weak and the drains need cleaning as the shower filled with water. Recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as there was none available.

One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed at! Eva was responsive leading up to the trip, and during the trip both she and the local host were quick to respond and the local host checked in a number of times to make sure things were going okay which we appreciated, but everything was great so we didn’t need anything at all! The house and pool looked better and bigger than the photos. Walkable to a handful of local bars, restaurants, and the grocery store. The walk to the beach is a bit further, but doable (about .6 miles). Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this location for our mini vacation and it so amazing, the private beach the pools omg not to mention the home, it’s home away from home, the birds chirping the beautiful sunset in the morning, the host I’ll give her 1 million stars, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Spacious house and a great location within walking distance to Jolly Beach and a short drive to many others. Would love to come back!
