Maybe try paddle boarding for the first time right off the beach on very calm morning water. Pickleball/tennis courts are a 5 minute walk and stores are a 2min drive. City of Saint John is a 15min drive.

Owners occupy top floor, guests have access to entire bottom floor and private patio. Non-smoking / non-vaping property (indoors or outdoors).
