The very cozy accommodation is tastefully decorated. It is equipped with all comforts, with Wifi, TV and overhead projector. The swimming pool, the garden and the pétanque area are freely accessible. The parking is free and secure, ideal for any type of vehicle: car, bike, motorcycle.

Gîte de 35m2 avec jardin et vue imprenable sur les flancs sud du Vercors. A deux pas du centre ville de Die (500 m par la passerelle piétonne), en bord de rivière, vous êtes à la campagne et à la ville ! En rez-de-jardin de notre maison, nos entrées sont opposées : vous êtes tranquilles, mais nous sommes là si besoin. Vous y trouverez livres et films réalisés ici et ailleurs, et des oeuvres d'art aux murs : nous sommes aussi éditeurs... Gîte écolo (phytoépuration, jardin bio, poules, récup...)

Petite maison indépendante en haut d’un faubourg, au calme, avec cour intérieure et jardins... Le lieu est idéal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis, entouré de nature avec une vue sur les falaises. Un chemin de randonnée part devant la maison et peut conduire jusqu’aux grottes de Choranche. De nombreuses activités sont proposées aux alentours, nous pourrons vous renseigner avec plaisir ! Idéalement situé, la gare de Valence TGV est à 35 mn tout comme l’autoroute de Saint Marcellin.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

Nightly or weekly rental

Audrey and Fabien are happy to host you in their family farm (former goat farm) completely renovated by them. A cozy little nest, to contemplate the Vercors mummy in the daylight, relax after a nice hike in a hot tub at the right temperature, or just meet as a couple around a good bottle of local wine. Here, everything is recycled, bargain-hunted, diverted, and decorated with heart to preserve the soul and the imprint of time.
