The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Our contemporary yurt is nestled in the hollow of an orchard, 2 km from the sea. With a surface area of 40 m2, its large skylight and bay window make it a very bright accommodation. It is very well insulated, with a wood-burning stove, for cozy evenings by the fire all year round. The bedding was changed in March 2024 and is very comfortable.

With its exceptional sea view of the Primel point and the small fishing port of Diben, our traditional Breton stone house and bay windows will allow you to enjoy the landscape from anywhere in the house. Access to the small beach at the foot of the house, the rocks at the bottom of the garden: you can't hope for a better location.
