The studio is new, equipped and carefully furnished. It is located in one of the most pleasant streets of the old pedestrian center, close to the banks of the Loire, all shops and bars/restaurants, and the many tourist sites to visit on foot (Cathedral, Jeanne d'Arc House, Groslot Hotel, Place du Martroi...) Important: Work is taking place on the street as in all of old Orleans. This is not a problem in terms of noise, but the street is a little hidden by the tarpaulins!
