Very spacious for 2 people.Train station,shops,restaurants art galleries, and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance from this self contained one bedroomed flat. It has a lovely garden area that provides a tranquil space in which to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Wi-Fi is a basic package. Please read extra info before booking. St Ives is a very busy town, there can be noise. There is No Parking

It is independent (only for you), with 1 double bed, a sofa bed ,a travel cot, en suite shower, full equipped fitted kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Our place is close to the beach, it is up on Porthmeor Hill with amazing views. Restaurants are close by, lots of family-friendly activities round and about including a brilliant Surf School. Very close to the National Park / National Trust There are many art galleries in the town, and the world famous Tate Gallery is just minutes walk from the flat. You’ll love the place because of the views, proximity to town and beaches and the off street parking in front of the flat.
