Cosy studio loft in the heart of St Ives

This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. I live nearby with my partner most of the time so have decided to let it out. If you have any questions fire away :)

Located in one of St. Ives oldest buildings in the heart of St. Ives, this modern apartment was designed to keep some features of the original building, whilst making most of the stunning views, whether lounging on the sofa, eating at the breakfast bar, or lay in the comfy bed.
