( c'est ma résidence principale donc avec des effets personnels) Située a 15 min de Grenoble, 10 min du bus logement lumineux , très jolie vue . je n’accepte PAS les personnes qui ont des Puces de lit , Pour le bien de tous! suite à de mauvaises surprises , ne pas faire venir plus de personnes que déclaré ! 5 maximum ! I speak english. non fumeurs ! serviettes de bain a amener pour la piscine ! nettoyage soigné de la maison à réaliser a votre départ .

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Yurt in the heart of our goat farm

In the middle of our goat barn, come and enjoy our fully equipped and heated yurt. Raclette and fondue appliances are available to enjoy local and regional products. Ideal for 4 people, located on the heights of the village of Val de Virieu, quiet, with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. Just 5 km from Lake Paladru, many hiking trails start at the foot of the yurt. Museums, castles, zoo are to be visited not far from our yurt.

Cozy loft with mountain views

Located in Montbonnot in the heart of Grésivaudan, facing the Belledonne range and at the foot of the Chartreuse. The loft consists of: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a 160 x 200 bed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets.
