Upstairs two large bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and WC. 2 parking spaces. Air conditioner. Wifi.

Superb air-conditioned accommodation of 36 m2, located in the residential leisure park, "Le Clos des Sablons" located at the gates of Normandy in the Eure Valley, west of Paris (80 km), 30 minutes from Vernon, Évreux, Dreux, Houdan, or Mantes-la-Jolie. Bed linen and towels are provided. It is equipped with a TV, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, etc... Lovers of calm and nature, you will be won over by this peaceful place. If you like the old one you are welcome! The house offers on the ground floor an entrance with wc and coat rack, living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen. Upstairs: master suite and bathroom with toilet and bathtub. On-site parking space. The house is part of a property with other buildings. We cannot accept pets. There's no wifi or TV. Optional firewood for fireplace: 20 euros To be indicated 48 hours before arrival.

This pleasant and peaceful accommodation welcomes you alone and/or up to 4 people. It has a new and fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle...) Upstairs, two bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 200), a shower room, a separate toilet (bed linen and towels provided). Possibility to enjoy the outdoors and the garden.
