Lovely family home, plenty of space and presented clean and tidy. Also has a beautiful outlook.

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. It was a lovely house, was very clean and had lots of space for all of us. The area was peaceful, safe and had wonderful views of the ocean. Lee and Joe were wonderful hosts. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful recommendations.

Had a beautiful stay at this house, sam was so kind to let us check in much earlier after our flight and was so quick to respond! house was in great condition and super clean with plenty to do in the home. Thank you for letting us stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house itself is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how great the space is for entertaining guests—it’s an ideal spot for bringing extended family together, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay! We’ll definitely be back.

Penelope is an amazing host, communicated throughout the stay. The house is beautiful and spacious. loved having the spa there to. Such an understanding host as well after a slight hick up on our side! I highly recommend this to be your next stay 😊

What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. We hired Cindy’s House for a family night in Auckland. It was perfect. Had everything we needed for us and our 4 grown up children ! Cindy was awesome to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Great location to New Market/Greenlane and lots of parking on the street. Tom was also very kind in offering us the use of their garage. I would say the Hot Tub is so great for a staycation and a getaway from city life. Our two cats also enjoyed the space and the sun throughout the day :) They also have all the kitchen essentials, as well as a food waste processor, which is handy.

Very clean home to stay. Only stayed for 4 days and it was such a beautiful home to stay at. Loved the location the views were so beautiful. Really enjoyed my stay

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for families

Such a beautiful, serene spot. Absolutely perfect for our group of ladies. Plenty of space, stunning, modern and comfortable interior. Being able to sit out on the deck with the gorgeous view was incredible, as was the hot tub. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, it was just what we needed and 100% would return and recommend.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

We had a great stay in this beautiful small home. Nice and handy to the absolutely delicious Little Sicily restaurant in Onehunga, and to Cornwall Park parkrun and to the conference in Ellerslie that we were attending. Really handy having a washing machine and drier available too. We loved the beautiful attention to detail in this house.

Great place, location & size! They are really friendly and respond quickly. The place itself is nice, clean area in mt Albert and it’s just up the road from the supermarket. Overall such a good place for convenience & quiet.

This place was a little tricky to find BUT Viv was there for check-in and helped us out so much. She was responsive with her communication and made us feel at home. The small backyard was beautiful and the inside was cosy and comfortable.

Donna's place was extremely clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. Sheets and towels all smelt lovely and clean and fresh. All correspondence with Donna was answered promptly. This was our 2nd stay and we would not hesitate to stay again if the need arose.

We really enjoyed our stay . Location felt really private and away from main roads . Location was great only two stops on the bus from the wharf . Having the car available was amazing , made travel around the island so easy .

The property was lovely and was just perfect for our little getaway with friends. We enjoyed Clevedon Village, Kawakawa Bay and the Sunday markets. The house had everything you needed and a few surprise extras. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful place. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. It is clear the owners care very much about their place and your stay in it. It felt brand new, gorgeous furniture, very stylish, lovely bathroom and comfy beds with really good quality pillows and bedding. Lovely pictures on the walls and ornament and cushions gave it very luxurious fell. Outdoors is so nice, new BBQ, nice furniture, sun all day long and a lovely fire and lighting for the evenings. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Location could not be better, you are a little off the main road so traffic noise is reduced and you can walk to everywhere you need. Bus stop 5 minutes walk and then about 30 minute to Britomart with all that Auckland has to offer. That’s if you want to leave St Heliers which is a great place to stay with a fab strip of buzzy bars and places to eat.

Exceptional, private location with friendly attentive hosts, just minutes from Ponsonby Road. It was so lovely to close the gates into the lush courtyard and enjoy a well-appointed home away from home, with generous interior spaces, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Gerard is a kind, generous neighbour & host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a few blocks from Ponsonby Rd's hospitality scene, with a dairy at the corner, and a bus stop nearby, there's lots to see, do, and explore in this perfect Grey Lynn bubble!
