Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

25 m2 studio on the ground floor of a cottage located in a charming little village at the foot of the Vercors. Just 15 km south of Grenoble by expressway. Numerous hiking, trail and mountain bike trails, nearby climbing site. Nearest ski resort 30 minutes away (Gresse-en-Vercors). Lake Monteynard 30 minutes away: kitesurfing, windsurfing, water skiing, walkways (unique in Europe!). All amenities in the village: bakery, grocery, deli, hairdresser...

Le salon et la terrasse offrent une vue panoramique sur le bassin Grenoblois. Donne accès facile aux pratiques sportives (randonnées, escalade, ski) et à la détente (bain nordique, vidéo-projecteur avec grand écran). Ce lieu unique est accessible par une petite route de montagne et proche de tous commerces.

Quiet mountain farm, at the foot of the hiking trails

Old farm in a small isolated hamlet in the forest, 7 min from the resort, and 5 min from the village by car. In the middle of nature you will enjoy the calm, the landscapes, Mont Aiguille, East Balconies... You may come across deer, many in the alpine pasture. We welcome you to our house with a large living room, books, comics, games, a baby bed, 2 double beds and a sofa bed, 1 child bed. Pets welcome (dogs kept on a leash).

Trapper's cabin since August 2020

For an instinctive desire to feel good. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a trapper's cabin. The forest its smells, the sky, the sound of water. Take a leap in time, reclaim the past to better understand our modernity. A trapper's cabin in the middle of nature, composed of a kitchen area, dining area and living room. Upstairs, double bed. Remember to bring your linens and towels.

Small 20 m2 chalet

Small cottage overlooking the Vercors. Great for hiking 7 kms from Col de l 'Arzelier, near Gresse en vercors 10 kms, 25 km from Lake Monteynard and 13 km from Monestier de Clermont (where shops are located: intermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) Pets not allowed. For any electric vehicle charging, please let me know. Indeed, the rental does not include recharging.

The small green one with outdoor space

30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in 2023. Private terrace. Accessible by car, Grenoble city center is 15 minutes away and the ski resorts are 45 minutes away The apartment consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with outdoor access and a shower room. It also has reversible air conditioning in both rooms.
