The 33 m2 accommodation is centrally located in a small family seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure activities at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located on the first floor of a residence that has its feet in the sand!

The relaxing atmosphere of the forest, the birds and sometimes even the distant sound of the waves will rock you for a vacation full of positive energy and rest. Lake Leon 5 min by bike or the ocean with La Lette beach 5 min by car and St Girons beach 30 min by bike will allow you to enjoy the water. The bike path nearby should also seduce athletes.
