Beautiful villa, even prettier than in the photos, which allowed us to have a wonderful family vacation. Very good support from Hossegor Villas, it makes you want to come back :)

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Great! That's the only word that comes to mind. The owners have created a place where you feel as good or better as at home. The focus is on quality (appliances, dishes, bedding...) and good taste. The garden is fantastic and we were able to bring our 4 dogs to this totally secure space, even for runaways (a great relief of mind). House ideally located not far from amenities. The road that passes nearby is very discreet thanks to the positioning and layout of the garden. Friendly welcome and discreet stay but always available, the ideal hosts for us. In short, an ideal base for a successful stay in the moors. A big thank you to Nathalie for creating this place.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. Exceptional view overlooking the Sare valley, with breathtaking scenery in good weather. The cottage is large, authentic, and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. The proximity of the GR allows you to consider a hike to the Rhune, then return to rest with peace of mind. We recommend it!

We had a great time with our three daughters. Julie is available, helpful and always smiling. The place is quiet, peaceful and you'll find everything you need to feel at home as soon as you put your suitcases down. We will gladly recommend this place to our loved ones and we would gladly stay there again.

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

We had a great time at this charming place. Ideal location in the cool forest. But be careful anyway for those more sensitive to heat in summer, there is no air conditioning and everything is made of bay windows. Also, beware of my arachnophobic friends, this type of accommodation is a little challenging. Otherwise, the accommodation is very charming and comfortable, although the two additional bedrooms are quite cramped for anything other than children.

When you open the door, you discover the beauty of the place. Very well decorated, in every detail. I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to any requests we had. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday that we thank him for! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is a 2-minute walk around the dunes with the children. We will definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thanks again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

We spent a whole month here and we had a really great experience ! The house was perfectly equipped and we really did not miss anything. Our two dogs also absolutely loved it here. The little town of Leon was also super cute. And within a 10min car ride we were able to reach anything else we needed ( beach/ ocean/ other restaurants / towns etc). Would absolutely come again♥️
