Laurie's apartment is perfect if you're looking for a non-touristy Brussels experience. The neighborhood is great - tons of restaurants, nearby grocery stores, and great coffee. The apartment itself feels brand new, with top-end kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. It's also much quieter than you would expect being near a major intersection. Highly recommended!

Very nice and bright apartment. All the necessary amenities available. Mariya was responsive in our exchanges. The neighborhood is nice and offers several bars and restaurants. the positive point of the accommodation is the 2 patio/balcony that allow you to enjoy the outdoors. i recommend it. 👍🏼

Marianthi waited patiently for us for three hours to greet us, as we were delayed with the plane. The apartment was exactly like in the photos. Although it's a distance from the center, its view is amazing, the transportation is impeccable and the neighborhoodis quiet.I highly recommend it!

Very impressed with the work and dedication to Creating an amazing space. As an engineer the stairs just captivated me. The design and attention to detail makes this Air b n b stand out for me. The area was lovely and most importantly the locals couldn't do enough for us,really friendly area Flemish people are great and that comes from an Irish person who would be the friendly nation. Well done for me.

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

Els was very helpful with the messages she sent before our arrival. The house is great for a family or a group. It has plenty of kitchen supplies, a big table for shared meals and separate rooms for some quiet times. The location was great for our programme, maybe a bit far from interesting places to visit in Brussels for people who travel for tourism. Friendly neighbours! All in all, we do recommend this place! We stayed at this villa for three days and it was just amazing, amazing, amazing! The villa is perfectly furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully thought out. The location is ideal, just minutes from Brussels. The setting is just perfect, even idyllic, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all of our expectations. This villa is now part of our favorites, and we will definitely come back to it. The owner deserves a special mention: 10/10 without hesitation! He is above all human, understanding, and always available. Communication was smooth and enjoyable, making our stay much easier. We recommend this villa 100%, a real rare find

We had a great stay at this house. It was very warm (and it did us good because a rainy week in Brussels) and friendly. A real cocoon in a quiet area, in which we felt "like home". You can feel that the owners love beautiful objects and materials. They were always available and very nice. We'll gladly go back to that!

So close to the tram , cute coffee shops & bars, we went to the city centre, mini Europe & atomium all very easy to get from the apartment.

The home is very light and spacious. Even more than you would expect from the photos. The area is quiet and yet very close to the center. Munire is really nice and helpful. We felt more than welcome. And bonus was that there were 2 sweet cats in the house. I felt very at home there.

We had a lovely time in Antwerp, in no small part thanks to our accommodation. The appartement is very pleasant and bright, and the location is ideal. We appreciated the suggestions for local restaurants, bike rentals, and walks. And Laura left us beers in the fridge for an extra Belgian welcome!

This is a gem of a place! Furnished and equipped to a high standard but also very comfortable and homely. Huge windows front and back make the house wonderfully light and the plants add a nice homely touch. The neighbourhood is full of interest, with bars, shops and great public transport links - and city bikes available from the square 2 minutes walk away.

We had a lovely stay. Vigan travels for check-in. He is very nice and went around the apartment with us. The place is spacious and quiet. It is only a 25 minute walk to the city center. Otherwise the tram is right next door. A few restaurants in the area and a large area right next door. Free parking a 10-minute walk away. I would recommend this place that allows you to be quiet but at the same time to visit the city on foot.

A beautiful place to stay in beautiful Antwerp from insanely warm hosts! We felt very comfortable!

The apartment is centrally located. It is not far to the public transport and with a beautiful swimming pool you can reach the old town in 40 minutes. A parking space is actually easy to find and there are many charging stations close to the apartment. The corner cafe opposite the apartment is a top address for breakfast. We really enjoyed staying and would be happy to come back

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Everything is amazing! The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ever need. Peter is the best host ever - he’s always there to help and his responses are super quick. You won’t regret booking! You’ll love it!

Viki is incredibly friendly and helpful :) The location of the house is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and everything is within walking distance. It was very easy to go to Bruges as well, very close to the Dampoort train station. We had a wonderful time here!
