On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. An enclosed garden allows you to relax in the shade of a cherry tree.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
