Independent studio located in our garden with a beautiful private terrace with sea view. Beautiful fully equipped studio, air-conditioned with Wi-Fi overlooking the pool and garden located on the heights of Saint-Denis, Colline des Camélias, 10 minutes from the city center and 10 km from the airport. The mezzanine bedroom with a low ceiling height (1.30 m) gives a cocooning appearance. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as the entire garden.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with a blue and white polka dot duvet. A built-in shelf stands next to the bed, and decorative circular wall plaques add a touch of charm. A doorway leads to a small kitchenette and laundry area.

Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.
