Waterfront vacation rentals in Saint Francis Bay

We loved our stay! The view from the patio is breathtaking during sunsets and sunrises and the unit looks just like the photos if not better. The quality of cookware and cutlery was appreciated- squeaky clean and well looked after. We also loved the coffee station. There is a friendly ginger cat that likes to visit too - he doesn’t overstay his welcome if kicked out and loves lounging in empty shoeboxes (we adored his visits). The geese can get quite noisy on the rooftops in the morning but the bed is so comfy it should keep you in a slumber. The Martinique has a cute short trial with some bushbuck, tortoises and rabbits to be seen.

What a wonderful time we had! The stunning view of the canal, so in love with this place. The space was superb, it was neat and literally everything you could ask for was catered for in the unit ( I would however just recommend some bath mats and a microwave cover) other than that, it was the perfect place to unwind and make some awesome memories with my family. It's definitely on my favorite list. Expect us again😀

Beautiful place with a fantastic location. If you’re a surfer - you can’t find a better location! The direct access to the beach is amazing. Communication with Tanya was great - friendly, accommodating, forthcoming and uncomplicated.

Absolutely amazing house and location. We could watch the waves break from various places in the house. All bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Will def be back!

We had a wonderful few days at this extremely well-equipped home. The location is wonderful and very private, with views overlooking the beach and the dunes. The beach is a wonderful long stretch that you can walk for miles on. The living space is perfect for a family to enjoy time together, and loved making use of indoor fireplace to watch a movie. Most of all this place is great value for money! Highly recommend

I like to write reviews that help future guests understand what they are getting instead of just saying everything was great. Marius’s place is a wonderful exception to the “normal” AirBNB. The unit is on the second floor and has great views, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and house and even has a great laundry room that you will need after a day at the beach. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. The house is on the smallish side but so very comfortable. Great stay.

The house is vast with plenty of space for large families or friends. Located in a quiet road with beautiful views over the river. There are great little restaurants dotted around the nearby town and plenty of places to enjoy a walk or should you fancy a relaxing time inside the home, you will find all you need right there. Everything was just well setup for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay as it was just what we needed to break away from the busy city life. Amber(Co-host) was very helpful in assisting to have the internet sorted out. All amneties was there to use for the plan we set-out. Just one request as we were 3 adult family couples: - Change the other backroom bed's to a double bed when you receive a couples booking like ours was. Excellent location! Walk to both the main beach & Wildside beach. 1 minute from shops , gym/pool & coastal collective ( restaurant/ coffee shop) A classic family holiday home . No fuss home. If your expecting fancy interior with sleek finishes this is not for you , if you looking for the best location with a comfortable home with awesome living & entertaining areas ( inside bar & braai ) then this is the spot .

The house looks exactly like the pictures, which is to say that the entertaining space in the house is fantastic, hugely spacious and well fitted out with upmarket furniture and cooking utensils etc. The sun is on the deck all day but we didn't in fact make use of that, preferring to be out and about exploring. Calvin was responsive and sorted out a very minor issue promptly. We are hoping to come again next year - that shows how much we enjoyed the house.

Josh and Greg were incredible hosts. The place is amazing - on the canals - with the tide coming in and out. It oozes opulence. It is sheltered and the fireplace keeps you warm when the weather turns. The bedrooms are a good size, with great views. The kitchen has it all! This is the best place I have stayed in. Ever. We unfortunately had a slight mishap with a window - and Greg was so understanding. Many a host would not have been. If you are looking for a breakaway in paradise - this is it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Adele's place! The location is fantastic - our boys loved being able to pop over the road and onto the beach any time. The house is big, comfortable and had everything we needed in it. Check in was very easy and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We'd love to come back!

The house suited our needs perfectly and the views were amazing. Being able to just walk through the sand dunes to the beach was really special. Lovely beach for walks and surfing. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't that kind and did rain heavily for two days but we went shopping and found some lovely restaurants to enjoy delicious seafood. Very secluded braai area which was really nice too when we stayed in and braaied.

The biggest recommendation I can give for Amanda’s apartment is that we are going back for a month in 2026. The location is perfect.From the large terrace you look directly onto the beach and ocean . It really is a wonderful view . The front of the apartment has an equally impressive view but this time it’s the harbour . Restaurants are a 5 minute safe walk away within the complex. The main village centre is an easy 5 minute drive away , as are the two great golf courses. The apartment itself is beautifully presented and equipped with everything you need . We were there for a month and didn’t want for a thing. Amanda and her co host Annie were brilliant to deal with , communication was simple . We arrived to a welcome pack that went beyond the basics and was really appreciated. St Francis Bay is a fabulous place to stay and Amandas apartment lets you enjoy it to the full.

Beautiful view & lovely bright space!

The “Sweet spot of the Port”, this home is in the perfect location - a skip hop and jump to the private beach on the estate as well as to the pool and a peaceful meander down the boardwalk to a few delicious restaurants. The unit itself is fantastic and lacks absolutely nothing! The view is gorgeous. Jolande and Johan were fantastic hosts. Their response time was super quick and nothing was too much to ask for including recommendations of local spots. We used Mariette’s services to clean the apartment. She was very friendly and extremely efficient. In summary, we will definitely be back and highly recommend this home away from home
